Net 30 day trade accounts are availible please email us for the ID & Password and go to New Items Online you will find the Goods & Services page which can be printed, signed and mailed to us.

Customers not on account
Orders by customers who are not established accounts must be paid or charged to your credit card by at the time of shipment.

Returned merchandise
Merchandise broken in shipping. You may send back for credit to your account, or if prepaid, a refund by check within 24 hrs on receipt of the merchandise. Returned items must be dated by the carrier (post office, shipping co etc.) within ten working days from receipt of the merchandise. Delivery to the customer is tracked through shipping tag #'s. Please call for instructions. 907 696-4117.

Shipping and Handling
Freight charges are FOB Eagle River, Alaska. We will ship Priority Mail, Ground, FedX Ground or Air Freight collect (for large items) unless requested otherwise. Please see Goods and Services Contract for full details on shipping. . If special crating is required for large items the cost of shipping will reflect the cost of the building or buying the crate.
